TV Blooper - George Michael and Jim Vance

A story causes both newscasters to laugh and then a third person talks about forgetting valentine's day. It just goes to prove that TV personalities are human like every one else. If you are from the Washington DC area, then you'll know these people and it will have an even bigger appeal. Even if you're not, I think you can relate.

I have lustful thoughts about the lady Gentzler.

She and Vance narrated family dinner for more than 20 years. But I don't live in the DC area anymore and my local newscasts pale in comparison to WRC @ 6.

But now, George has passed; Bob Ryan is at WJLA and no doubt Jim and Doreen are nearing retirement.

To this day, I still find myself listening to "My Mood" by MFSB and reminiscing about the good 'ol news days. It may sound cheesy, but that song gets to me a little.
