Ever since a friend told me she noticed silver in my aura I've been interested in learning more, but it's always so hard to find information. I like to do research on my own, but all I've been able to find so far is that I should be looking for someone to talk to face to face about it. Any thoughts?

I believe that you may be describing an optical effect (retinal image) that has nothing to do with seeing the aura. There is more about this and how to see the aura on the website that i mention at the start of the video
