@jesiboo15 its because of stupidity the government should seriosly control animal birthrates control breeding centres and who cares if people lose their jobs they are messing around with life why breed something so it will feel nothing but pain i mean and not only that this would probably save huge sums of money think about less pets on the street less overcrowding in shelters less animals will be put too sleep
