While waiting for my Southwest Airlines flight to Phoenix out of Salt Lake City, I was listening to the soundtrack from "Chinatown", my favorite movie. The mood of the piece fit extremely well with the emotions and tones of the people and movements inside and outside of the airport and, as such, I decided to begin filming. This is what became of my original concept. Editing was done on Adobe Premiere Elements 9, and all video was shot on a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35.
This is one of two variations I made regarding this concept. This version has people, while the other version is solely planes and exterior shots.
