  • Thanks for these tips - they seem doable! I can't find the pdf, do you have a number of repitions for the lunges and squats?

    The location looks like Sidney Harbor to me - never been there but see the opera house!

  • The best way for me to get ready for skiing is cliff jumping! That is for jumping cliffs while skiing!
