HELP, please. I have this and it works perfectly, but it won't scan. It copies, it prints perfectly from documents, but it just won't scan. My installation says it's just the basic installation--but how do I get the 'full' installation. It doesn't offer 'full' on the website. The CD has a "scanner" folder--but it won't download. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi HappyLumberjack, I need your help. I just bought this printer and have set the printer cable to the laptop with a lot of work. The question is now turned on the printer, I don't get the notice of installation to the computer and don't know if it's because of that cable or why. Please help me I hope your answer, thank you.
