  • The Flamingos personified romantic music. How fortunate we were to have grown up in an era when we heard this instead of the crap out there today. THIS is timeless.

  • Does anyone listen to the crap put out today?? This is what it's all about and what we used to fall in love listing to and that is why our generation survived and is still so popular even today. Doo wop will NEVER go away.

  • Obviously there are people that do listen to the crap that's out there. Katy Perry sells millions of records. Gag me. She really can't even sing. This guy has a gorgeous voice.

  • Can you emagine,I mean close your eyes and really emagine dancing with some pretty young girl to this music.Eat your heart out all you young rappers, this WAS music, with real TALENT,and I was lucky enough to live it.

  • I grew up in the 70's and 80's , but always thought this was the best music era. Kinda corny stuff in a good way with great harmony and I can just imagine all the steamy windows at the drive-ins and look-out point.

  • @Torihope I agree with You, but when these songs were out in the fifties My Dad thought they were crap compared to His Big Band Era.

  • Only the Flamingos could do this song justice. WOW

  • I FEEL LIKE I'M ABOUT TO "FAINT"! TOM D.

  • We, the Silent Generation, who were teenagers at this time, needed this music. We thought the Russians at any time would wipe us out. We had to escape some way and have this beautiful music to help us survive that era. Don't get me wrong. I'm very thankful to have grown up at that time, even knew a number of JD's along the way. Never got a JD card myself, thank goodness.

  • SPEACHLESS!!! TOM D. BRICK,NJ {AT THE SHORE}.

  • @Torihope I didnt grow up in this era but I love all this kind of music, I agree alot of todays music is dreadful
