  • The whole album is somewhat of a slow burner. There isn't really any major standouts like there was in Funeral (Wake Up, Rebellion) but there isn't one bad song in the whole album. They just keep sounding better and better with repeated plays. Very good.

  • @hotpinkmullet Forget about the 2; U suck

  • @dinury1 HA! It does share a couple notes of a melody, that is funny as hell. Interesting.

  • Arcade Fire playing this song live is the only thing that ever made me cry in public. I was front row, right in front of Régine. I woudn't be ashamed if she saw it.

  • @RunePyrite The Suburbs, Suburbs Continued, Sprawl II and Half Light I are standouts for me. The album definitely doesn't have a bad song.

Arcade Fire doesn't have a bad song. :)

  • @RunePyrite True. Perhaps The Sprawl II has a hit potential. The rest of the album indeed fits this description.

  • @soloskywalker78 No, this is not "the shiznet," whatever that may be. This is Arcade Fire, the most shiznittin' band on the planet.

  • from the Israeli song America by Barry Sakharof from 1990

  • that is a stolen tune

  • the shiznet

  • How do they keep producing classic song after song and album after album...from the first on funeral tunnels neighbourhood (Go 2 rock en seine for probably their best live performance of that masterpiece) right through to sprawl 11 at the end of the suburbs...(yeah i know the suburbs continued is the last track)They are certain to go down in history as definitely the best band of our generation by a mile....They just have so much class and enthusiam....just absolutely sublime....

  • Just think of all the layers that went into this song!

    Just voices would be awesome

    Just instrumental would be awesome

    LOVE
