  • I have absolutely enjoyed seeing all of your videos. It has been 1 week with me on phentermine and lost 5lbs. So far so good. You have helped me to understand a lot about phentermine and also what I should and should not do. Thanks!!! Also extremely happy for you for meeting your goals!!! :-)

  • Thank you so much. Congrats on your 5 lbs. I'm sure it's even more now. I'm not quite there with my goals, but I will be there soon enough. :-)

    Have a great week! Ashley

  • Im a little discouraged. My first week on phentermine and only lost 2 pounds. Can somone enlighten me on what they eat for Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner and what they avoid?

  • Don't be discouraged! Everyone's body is different, so our weight loss will be different too. Just keep going! :-)

Perhaps you just need to consume the pill for a bit longer to see more results, or perhaps you're consuming something that is hurting your loss. I'd stay away from caffeine, and really try to cut down the amount of food you're eating in a meal. Has the pill helped curb your appetite? Drink LOTS of water! It definitely helps with the weight loss! Good luck! Ashley

  • Great hearing from you! Love your videos and hope that you will post more videos. My starting weight was 238 and now I am 223.4lbs (33 days on adipex). Exercising regularly & signed up with a personal trainer to push myself out of my comfort zone and challenge by body.

Thank you for inspiring me & sharing your experiences/knowlege. I was able to relate to you and that helped tremendously! You have accomplished so much already and I know you will meet your goal. You are the best!

  • Wow! 20 lbs. in 2 weeks?! You must look like a completely different person to the people in your life. I was right with you on the "not seeing it" when it came to seeing my weight loss. It probably wasn't until I'd lost at least 30 that I actually started seeing some differences. Now having lost 40+, I can't believe just how big I was only 4+ months ago!

Congrats & stay strong. When the loss slows down, don't get discouraged! Just remember the 20 you've already lost-- then smile! :-D

  • wednesday will be my 2 weeks I have lost 20 lbs and i know for sure inches but for some reason it just dont seem like i lost 20 lbs the scale reads 20 lost but i cant really see a difference i can see some inches from my stomach but i guess its a mind game. staying strong pushing on. i should have never waited this long so.. every stay strong WE CAN DO IT !

  • Great advice! Always having something low fat to munch on would be so helpful at times. :-)

Congrats on your weight loss, and thank you for your comment. It's great to hear that you were able to keep the weight off for most of the 15 years since you first took Phen! That gets me excited. :-D

  • today is my 7th day i have lost 11 lbs good luck guys i have taken phentermine before 15 years ago and the lbs melted off and it has stayed off just gained unconrollable weight the past 3 yrs this is do-able everyone stay strong and focus and when u question yourself should u eat it scarf down a bowl of grapes just try to keep something around that you shove in your mouth it works

  • I wish my husband had gotten on Phen @ the same time I did too, but we weren't sure how much it would cost for both of us (Dr, pills, weigh-ins), so I think it's awesome that u & your husband could do this together. I'd be a bit jealous 2 because I'm SO sure my husband would lose weight faster than me as well. Ugh! :-)

I agree-- I looked @ the whole ordeal as perhaps there may b medical issues w/going on the pill, but being this overweight was a definite medical issue, so on the pill I went! :-)
