DO NOT FLY Delta. On the fnal leg of our trip from Detroit to Dayton Oh. We were suppose to board at 7PM we boarded at 11:30 pm sat on run way for over three hours So long we had to refuel. then the cancell NEXT flight was two days later. Tues, Reps from Delta were SOOO rude So to hell with getting back to children and going to work, Mon. at 7 AM we had to rent car drive to dayton another 200 dollars HELL we get home and they call us to tell us that flight was cancelled. DONT FLY DELTA

@Aircanadafreak99 Was the Frequent Flyer Card that got destroyed a North West Airline Card? If it is, I'm sorry, those programs are offered as a perk for the customer, at times of mergers, consolidation even Chapter 11 reorganization is logical to omit them! Delta is a great company, they respect their customers and their workforce, that's more that I can say of others like American Airlines, look what they did to TWA!

That aside, Delta is my favorite carrier. Great domestic service, alright international service.

@tubefube No, Delta said they we`re going to ``merge`` but does`t seemlike a merger because they destroyed my frequent flyer card! I have taken a vow to never fly Delta!
