Week 4 is when we meet obstacles to our goals. Have you made any excuses yet?

In order to reap our harvest, we have to stay on the farm! Health is one crop we are going to raise come hell or high water!

No matter what else happens, we are going to the gym! It's just novelty wearing off, and perhaps a little fear of success and commitment. No matter!

The fitness habit is going to solve a lot of problems for us. Nothing can stand against it--not cigarettes, alcohol, overeating, drugs, laziness, criticism, NOTHING! Our training is going to carry us through all the currents!

We are also taking on a new habit: BREAKFAST.

What foods are you eating? Are they on the pyramid? Figure out which ones are and which aren't, because later, we are going to move towards the pyramid!

Recognize the positive and negative influences in your life! Together, let's move towards the positive and away from the negative! If there's a toxic person in your life, know that they are not living up to their responsibilities, and if that's their choice, then your choice must be emotional withdrawal. That's life, kid! Because the only relationships we need are those that uplift both parties, not one at the expense of the other!

GO TO THE GYM! PUSH YOURSELF HARDER EACH TIME!
