With the 15th Doctor dead, the 10th Doctor heads on his adventures alone. He lands on planet Trylap. As for the first place to look for his new companion.

He walks into one of Trylap's Gym Workout Centres and meets Leon, the leader of the gym, Christopher, the strongest of the group and Bill, the boy who just sits on the sofa, watching TV.

While Leon gives the Doctor a tour round the place, he shows the Doctor a metal box containing the remains of dead swimmer Frank Gripletch.

And when the Doctor comes back from getting changed, things turn out to be what is never planned.

The monster in this episode is infact meant to be like a twin species to the Water Men as in The Waters of Mars.

This is the sixth in a thirteen episode series.
