  • I apologise. It is gerry as confirmed by Albert himself. woka62

  • No harm done. Bob. The source includes a little interview snippet in which Ms. Harris names the Albert-assembled band, so I was pretty sure the ID was correct.

  • Isn't that Albert Lee himself on the piano?

  • Thanks for pointing out my careless error - description corrected. Sorry if an early reply eventually appears.

  • I prefer Emmylou in the Hot Band involving Barry Tashian, Frank, Reckard Steve Fishell etc. It is on the LIve Album from the 80s'. Listen to the intro by Frank on the mandolin for a real treat!!

  • Emmylou's solo version hit #28 in Billboard, 8-20-83. Hope she wisely quit smokin' those Egyptian cigarettes. Might not be as deadly as our American ones, but still, why should she smoke ANY cigarettes, right, gang? God bless!

  • Listen the version of the Sweethearts of the Rodeo, it´s just brilliant as well.

  • Gorgeous, gorgeous!!! Only wish Don and Phil could join them and make this Don Everly song even more beautiful.

  • Emmylou can do no wrong, no one sings harmony better

  • What emotion and tempo; One of the best set ever. thanks so much for posting

  • A most excellent cover of this immortal tune. I'd upload the original Don&Phil version if I still had it.

  • Leominster's finest, so underrated, so undervalued. Boundless talent.

  • There are so many heart wrenching song on this earth

I still wonder how it can be that you get something out of those heartache songs while feeling completely broken

Can t Let You Go by Rainbow or Mistreated by Deep Purple might be more suitable for an audience on this page

Sorry for being strange, I m just made that way
