This is my nephew and its very sad that some people are posting such negative and hurtful comments on this video. He is a SMARTand AMAZING young boy who has been fighting cancer his entire life. He never lets the cancer, his disablities or anything get him down. He always lives life to the fullest! WE LOVE YOU NOAH!!!!
