How to get/use peerguardian osx (stop authorities tracking you)

after saving the file, i click the + symbol, it adds the link to the list.

is that all I am supposed to do?

Nothing is on the list below where it says "Description", "Starting Address", and "Ending Address"

when i click the "Add" button on the bottom left corner of the window, nothing happens. just makes me feel like i have not set it up entirely.

Final question (I promise)

Can you list some of the URL's that would should be blocking? I have added lists 1-3. what else is necessary for p2p?

only question i have is, why do you allow standard ports for List1 and list2? the description on the website says things like "Organizations that have interest in copyrighted material", "companys that have strong interest in stopping piracy"? dont you want to block those entirely?
