  • Advertisments for profit is a 1st Amendment right. Good job. In one swoop, she is going after 2 parts of the Bill or Rights.

  • This lady is an idiot.

  • This lady is an idiot.

  • I don't think criminals have time to read Guns & Ammo...a fine publication i might add.

  • "A bullet that tears threw flesh" !!!! who ever heard of such a thing. I would much rather a round that doesn't penetrate flesh!! IS THIS IDIOT SERIOUS??? If some asshole smashed him over the head with a TV would we she sue sony? Ignorance is bliss!!!

  • Oh no, companies advertised their product? They stated that a bullet used for defense can kill an attacker.

Oh, now pistol rounds are vaporizing deer? I'm so glad these informed people are here to educate me.

My cousin was hit by a semi. She should sue Kenworth for advertising how powerful their trucks are. The important thing is that she isn't concerned about monetary damages as long as "THEIR IS ALLOT OF MONEtarY damages"

  • Dumb and Dumber

  • What a pathetic pair of pinko ignoramuses.

  • Both McCarthy and Snyder are morons. How does looking at a picture of a fired bullet give anyone "some idea as to what kind of damage it can do"? It's absurd. Looking at a bullet tells you nothing about it.

By that logic, I'm an expert movie special effects, since I've seen so many of them.

  • They are right nobody would use the Black Talons to kill a deer because they were pistol rounds. On the other hand did they ever think that the description of the rounds used by the manufacturer would be advertising toward those who carry for self defence. I would like to know how well a round would effect an attacker before I carry them on a daily basis in on of my firearms. Knowing how the bullet acts is a good bit of info for self defence.
