If its not the actual tube loosening can be caused from the socket the tube fits into. All you need to do is basically the same thing. Use a small screw driver or heck even a paper clip. Stick it down the back of the metal holes (where the tube brackets would fit into) then bend VERY little. If it breaks its not my fault but that works if you run into that sort of problem.
