Hi Darren..

Can you tell us more about David Silva? Do you think he will be a good signing for Liverpool? He can play as a left winger or striker, we can still play gerrard behind Torres & have him on the left or use him as a striker if Torres isn't fit. I havnt seen much of him, seeing as he is only 23 do u think he has the quality to develop into a world class player?

Also, if Rafa gets 50Million for Mascherano that could lead to a possible move for Villa & Dropping Gerrard back to midfield

FOOTBALL SPY: Hi Robbie DJ, You seem to know all there is to know about Silva. He would be a genuine high-quality addition to the LIverpool side but were he to come, he would put Albert Riera's nose out of joint after the former Man City and Espanyol man put a decent debut season at Liverpool in.

I also agree with you about Gerrard dropping into midfield but he has such a superb understanding with Torres I think Benitez now prefers to use him as a second striker/advanced attacking midfielder.

* Fulham are also keen to sign Marseille midfielder Bolo Zenden, 32, on a free transfer.

* Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is considering a shock move to sign Portsmouth centre-back Sol Campbell, 34, on a free transfer.

* Tottenham have bid £6m for Inter Milan's Nigeria striker Victor Obinna, while Atletico Madrid want to sell Maxi Rodriguez to Spurs.

FOOTBALL SPY: Hi Multi Polo. Arsenal have been watching Udinese's Gokhan Inler for some time. He's a powerful Swiss defensive midfielder who would complement their attacking players very well.

Also the striker Marouane Chamakh at Bordeaux. He would come relatively cheap considering how good a player he is. The reason for that is that he is in the last year of his contract. Arsenal like him very, very much.

i heard that arsenal were linked with benzema and ribery! what do you think of the chances that wengar would buy either one of them and do you think this is what arsenal needs?

Hi Darren

Now that city are almost clinching the etoo and tevez deals and considering they have already bought RSC and barry, what formation do you think they will play next year bearing in mind Ireland was their best player.

If they play 4-3-3 they will be able to play all their strikers with robinho in midfeild, ireland in the center and SWP on the other side of mid, but this leaves barry out, and if they play a 4-4-2 they will have to bench either etoo, tevez or RSC. your thoughts please.

any one of these players would be fantastick ( David Villa, David Silva or Juan Mata) but is it worth selling MASCHERANO or ALONSO?????

I know a bit about Silva and know how good Villa is don't now much about Mata

and finaly i know and understand why Alonso wan't out but why Mascherano he is playing fantastick getting first team football (he won't play as much in spain) and we are close to winning things what more could you ask for
