Technically Malkin didn't instigated this fight, glenncross pulled a bitch movie and pushed his stick away, that's interference for those of you that don't know, and could be seen as instigation.

They gave them 2 for roughing so that technically they don't have to eject him for no fight strap and an extra 2 for instigating with a visor. It's the bs double standard as usual from the nhl

apparently youtube blindness has struck again. I understand its fun to hate the Pens, but at least be honest in your commentary. Malkin DOES drop his gloves. watch at :15 as they circle around and we can see Malkin's bare fist clear as day. I agree he should've been tossed for not strapping his jersey down. Rules are rules and they should apply evenly to everyone.

The refs probably break up the fight cause they don't want to be responsible if the players get "hurt." Cause they could probably lose their jobs when high paid players bitch or something. Either way Geno was a puss for doing this and not dropping the gloves. Crosby does the same thing, come to expect it from most Pens players except maybe Asham.

I like how quick the refs get in and grab the other player when a star tries to fight. The NHL has become an absolute fucking joke.

I respect geno, but this was a pussy fight he never took off his gloves and the refs jump in to save genos sorry ass. Curtis Glencross will be back for geno next year when the two teams play again
