Amity Beach has another shark problem and this time its up to the mayor and the Chief of Police to stop the shark from turning innocent people of amity into shark snacks.

To Answer your questions, Yes the mayor did in fact just catch a 4,000 pound great white shark out of a bath tub on a supposable "boat" The Chief of police did absolutely nothing as you might have already noticed.
