yes it is true, it is a fact of life some people should just not be together. my parents like a lot of parents were those people. and not meaning it in an offensive way, but just because your mother made a promise to you does not mean she is happy with her decision. some people stay together cause it is all they know, and they genuinely think that it is best for the children, your mother thought it was best for you, so she did it. i know a lot of couples who HATE each yet for that reason stay.

i come from a family where my parents stayed together ten years longer then they should have. it did not help, at all. do not stay together for the sake of your kids. your kids KNOW that there is something wrong with your marriage, fuck orel did. we knew there was something wrong with our parents marriage and all it did was hurt us cause we had a cold, angry, loveless family where our parents resented each other it was not good for us emotionally, we begged our mom to divorce dad, THAT helped us

well this is from six months ago i hope you did find the strength to walk out. my cheating miserable ex husband did and i stayed out of his way, now i am much happier and the girl he cheated on me with and got pregnant are miserable together and she is only with him for a paycheck and hates him. seriously, get the strength to walk out if you want to be happy. do it and dont look back.
