Personally, I like to not label it as "love addiction" because in my personal experience this has been really based on karma... I had a dark karma with a man who you could say I was addicted to, I worked with a healer and cleared a lot of the karma and when we were together again, the chemistry was completely gone. I think this is something really important to understand.

I see what you are saying. I think most addictions are connected to either past life karma or present life karma that is established/brought forward into our psyche through our early childhood experiences and then plays out in adulthood with various other souls so we can heal and transcend it. Its wonderful that you worked with a healer who helped you release that. What kind of healing did they do with you to help release it?

Brilliant........ most of it I know somewhere inside but hearing it through you is great. Problem is I can say so many good things to others but being in the thick of it myself right now.... I go blank. I cannot heal myself and letting go seems right and easy, then my heart goes BANG and reminds me of the loss, then reality and heart starts racing, can't think, well you know the rest. Pity a poor Libra dreamer.

I'm still in love with my ex. Its hard to admit, and sometimes I hate her so much for how she treated me. But then sometimes, when something triggers it, I see her smile and the way she would look at me and I miss her very much. I quickly jumped back into dating to help with the pain, now I'm in a relationship that is very negative, I feel like everything I say, do or type is wrong in her eyes. I'm on the edge of breaking it off, but I just can't take that step.
