I would be curious to see how you came up with this 70% used to be "normal" stat...

So then why don't you volunteer to help the other 30%. Don't turn your back on them. Maybe you can help some of the 70% to get treatment for their drug habit.

actually more than 70% of people lingering in Hastings are drug addicts who used to be normal mentally and physically. Drugs will damage a person both mentally and physically. But then you have the choice

alot of them have mental disabilities, because they have no access to care

I feel sad for the poor people down here in Hasting but i think they made that choice. They consume themselves to so much drugs and that affect their individual life. I guess i'll try volunteering one of these days
