@ServeYHWH, your cited scripture in CONTEXT, speaks only about those who have ALREADY converted, NOT ABOUT INVITATIONS to convert. These converts are special, because they are not able to have offspring so they feel that they may not inherited the Land of Israel during the days of Meshiah. Here there are no invitations, but consolation to those who find themselves in this predicament. Hence terms used here are "eunuchs" and "dry tree". The words "Don't be a Noahide be a Jew", is proselytizing.
