One of Terri Schindler Schiavo's lawyers, Barbara Weller with talk journalist John Sipos, literally moments before Ms. Schiavo's natural food and water delivered by natural gravity feeding tube was painfully, surgically removed from her stomach. This video was recorded across the street from Hospice Woodside in Pinellas Park (St. Petersburg) Florida where the starvation and dehydration killing was brutally administered. The judge, George W. Greer, knew Ms. Schiavo had screamed for her life, but so determined was he to effect the killing he turned a deaf moral and legal ear to the woman's plea for life. As a point of information, Florida is among several states where food and water is classified the same as medicine, and just as an aspirin can be ordered withheld — so, too, can food and water. Understand, additionally, the Schindler family was corruptly denied access to the investigative services of the Pinellas County Sheriffs office, Pinellas Park Police, St. Petersburg Police, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Florida Attorney General's office when it was run by Charlie Crist, the Department of Children and Families, and when the FBI was approached, they, too, were instructed to turn the Schindler's away. That woman was NOT in a coma; she was not in a persistent vegetative state; she did not suffer a heart attack and she was not anorexic. She was a perfectly healthy young woman in her mid 20s who was mysteriously found curled up on her apartment floor by paramedics with her hands clutched under her throat. That coincidentally was on the same night she planned to tell her husband that she wanted a divorce. Responding paramedics and police initially suspected attempted murder, but from the outset, that investigation was not allowed to proceed. Why? We can only speculate. But we can say, when broadcast talk journalist and Schindler family friend John Sipos recommended that FDLE agents meet with then Schindler family lawyer Pat Anderson, those officers found sufficient cause to open a criminal jacket on the case. What did they find? Nothing. Why? Literally, within hours of word that a criminal jacket existed, the FDLE agents were directly ordered to shutdown, as in, do not investigate this case. Those orders came directly from Tallahassee FDLE headquarters. It is known that Pinellas Pasco State Attorney Bernie McCabe was instrumental in applying political pressure to deny the Schindler's access to investigative services of the state and all police agency. Why? Again, we do not know. One of those senior level FDLE agents commented, "I my decades on the job, never before was I ever directly ordered to shutdown a criminal probe." This is known, federal and state authorities want the legal authority to summarily dispose of the weak, infirmed, the old who require expenditure of too much money or medical assets to keep alive. That is a fact, evidenced by provisions within the socialized medicine legislation corruptly crammed through a radical leftist Congress earlier this year. The state wants the power to kill. That is a FACT. Death panels do exist. Was Terri a test case to establish that precedent? Again, that's not known with certainty. In any event, the state found and used a husband, Michael Schiavo, who had an inconvenient wife and his case was used to kill. May God have mercy on those involved in this homicide. We do pray, dear Lord, allow those who did effect this killing to live very long, very healthy, well fed and hydrated lives; long enough to get this case before a truly independent state and/or federal grand jury. The charge? Felony capital murder. Not a day passes that the Schindler family does not suffer a media slander. For the record, Terri's parents invested all they had saved for a modest retirement in their trying to save their daughter. They wanted only to take her home to care for her, too love her, but George W. Greer and company were determined to kill and on the third try, they did. What was done here was evil beyond one's ability to comprehend.
