bloqueo la capa .. y no me deja crear otra capa .. desbloquie la capa .. la pude crear .. pero al bloquear la capa primera .. me bloquea las sgtes .. :S

@SakuVonDrunkenstein Seguramente tienes una capa anidada dentro de otra. Cuando bloqueas esa capa, las que están dentro quedan bloqueadas igual. Debes crear tu nueva capa fuera de la que quieres bloquear.

Si te refieres a la herramienta que coloca un texto siguiendo un trayecto, primero debes crear un trazo con la pluma y luego con dicha herramienta le haces clic al trazo y comienzas a escribir.
Si no es eso, explícate mejor. Saludos,
