to look better, You drink tons of water right before the competition in order to flush your body of excess sodium, reducing water retention in your skin. Than you drink very little water the day before and day of the competition so you arent holding any water, it increases your definition.

i tried to alert them backstage but all I got from them is "fuck you" we are not doing this for the camera but the judges.Typical amateurs.
