Come on, they have use for them. Calling their parents, calling friends, etc etc. They don't camwhore like teens do, I should know, I am a teen, haha.

Neither, they are the same age. Dan Povenmire wanted them to be the same age, but not twins and not friends. Voila, they're stepbrothers.
