peeking around on the terminals website, i found that there is some sort of government transportation grant that helped pay for the restoration of another city's terminal. that would be perfect for here!

Excellent video. I'm not even from Buffalo, but I go to school there and I immediately fell in love with the terminal the first time I saw it. Hopefully I can help out the restoration group this year. And yes, it seems like they will save the platforms, they are just making sure they saved the station first. After a good amount of work has been done, they can fix it and hopefully Amtrak will come there once again!

I'll serously would buy the BCT Platforms for $5.00 and make a restoration group called NYC Platflorms Preservation Legue. I would seel the platforms from vandels and make it look a lot better than the way it is right now. The group would be a non-profit organization. Problem is I'm only 16 and Amtak owns it and they won't sell it to me or take me seriously.

Perhaps they could restore this station and Amtrak could stop there instead of at the crappy Dick road station. Keep up the good work boys.

Boys and girls :). Amtrak has said they could easily stop at the terminal. The only problem is we don't own any track, or the platforms. Easy to fix I'm sure. Eventually :)

MCS is so gorgeous. I may just be tired of being at BCT so much, but when I visited I thought MCS was prettier. At least the city TRIES to do something - even if it is just some hair brained idea to turn it into the Police headquarters haha
