H.R. 3200 Health Care Reform Bill - Obama Care links your bank account to U.S. Gov!

Page 58 of H.R. 3200 (Obama Care) Lines 5 through 15 reads:

(D) enable the real-time (or near real
6 time) determination of an individuals financial
7 responsibility at the point of service and, to the
8 extent possible, prior to service,
including
9 whether the individual is eligible for a specific
10 service with a specific physician at a specific
11facility, which may include utilization of a ma
12 machine-readable health plan beneficiary identi
13 fication card;
14 (E) enable, where feasible, near real-time
15 adjudication of claims
What does this mean? It means that Gov will give everybody a health ID card that contains a

machine readable device (magnetic strip or RFID chip) similar to a credit card. Embedded in

this chip or strip containing your Health Identification Number
When you visit a medical provider, the medical claim/s will be adjudicated (processed) while

still in the office/facility. The medical providers will be paid in real time. The portion that

you owe, will be deducted from you bank account, in real time, according to HR 3200.

You don't believe that? To prove that your bank account will be linked to your U.S. Gov issued

health ID card, we must go to page 59 of H.R 3200 then to Section 1173 of the Social Security

Act of 1935 which is public knowledge located at

Page 59 beginning at line 9 and ending on page 60, line 8 of HR 3200 reads:
9 (4) REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC STAND
10 ARDS.—The standards under this section shall be
11 developed, adopted and enforced so as to—
12 (A) clarify, refine, complete, and expand,
13 as needed, the standards required under section
14 1173;
15 (B) require paper versions of standard
16 ized transactions to comply with the same
17 standards as to data content such that a fully
18 compliant, equivalent electronic transaction can
19 be populated from the data from a paper
20 version;
21 (C) enable electronic funds transfers, in
22 order to allow automated reconciliation with the
23 related health care payment and remittance ad24

1 (D) require timely and transparent claim
2 and denial management processes including
3 tracking, adjudication, and appeal processing;
4 (E) require the use of a standard elec
5 tronic transaction with which health care pro6
viders may quickly and efficiently enroll with a
7 health plan to conduct the other electronic
8 transactions provided for in this part
What does this mean?

It means that medical claims will be entered or scanned into a computer while you are still in

the office, then electronic fund transfers (EFT) will occur in REAL TIME. Providers will be

able to enroll as a plan provider,
if not already, in real time. The health care providers will be paid by your insurance plan or

the U.S. Government, depending on what plan you have or obtain. The health care providers will

receive any copayments, coinsurances, penalties and any portion
of the claim that was not paid by your insurance plan, directly from YOUR bank account.

It is also worthy to note that in Section 1173 of the Social Security Act of 1935, your health

plan premium payments will also
payments will also be removed from your bank account for any doubter of what U.S. Gov is trying

to establish. This is another reason why Obama has H.R. 3200 on the "Fast Track" We The People

will be forced to pay for health care in real time.
U.S. Gov does not care if you cannot afford to make a health care payment that month, they have

But start somewhere, and start NOW, to walk by faith and exercise your faith in Jesus. Start trusting Him, and handing things over to Him. @URABombShell actually it is postive ID now they linked up with national credit report , and steel vault corporation also this bill never passed , but the the reconciliation act of 2010 did and the RFID is in it.

@URABombShell My advice would be to read the Gospels. Consider your life in parallel as you read. If something even possibly goes against what Christ taught, throw it out. I'm in that process as well, and I can tell you that I am much happier. Also, I would advise dropping the meds. After late this year chipping becomes mandatory. Rely on the peace that God can give, not a state of sedation induced by a creation of man. I'm not saying it will be easy; it is a leap of faith. Trust in Him.

@ibchristian2 I have no idea what you mean by that. In theory I know what you mean, of course. But thank you I know you mean well. I am absolutely miserable and terrified and depressed because of all of this stuff. I'm even on meds now. I'm horribly depressed. How could God allow us to live in fear like this, I have loved him my whole life? The Holy Spirit hasn't left me, if he had i'd be gone by now trust that!
