as an old old school nightwish fan I really like this song, it's so experimental and weird in it's composure. Not like verse, chorus verse.. you know. One odd ball in nightwish songs :P
(Or then I'm the oddball, as I also loved The Carpenter :))

Well, isn't that pleasant. I offer a wee bit of humour and get called a bastard for my pains. Ahh, well, I won't start up my career as a comedienne quite yet then ;)

Anybody with a little bit of brain can see what this song is about!! You people lack that poetic imagination that characterizes Nightwish! The first time I heard it I follow the words and everything makes sense. The song talks about unity and harmony in an utopic animal kingdom.Harmony between living things. I doesn`t take a genius to understand this melody. Poetry is Nightwish`s best!!

@VivianeAnjelica Guess so. I had to google the lyrics; and when I did...it just didn't seem as beautiful a song as I'd thought. I'd heard something completely different. I absolutely love Tarja - there's no doubt. But her singing voice is a little hard to understand; and when I *read* the lyrics to this...Wow. ^_^

@shrekfan92 Haha, I was just being cheeky. :p I love them, too, but sometimes Tuomas overdoes it a bit, I think. This is a perfect example.

This is such a weird song.
Giant Spiders? A Gnu? 'A snake says hello to the rats'?!
Tuomas, I love you, but what were you on?!?! Haha!
