Well Melissa has finished the USANA Reset program, but this is just the start of her journey! With support, coaching, and a change in lifestyle, Melissa hopes to lose close to 100 lbs. over the course of a year.   • @vangxwb I did the reset plan in 2006. I lost 15 lbs and continued to lose the weight after even adding in foods. It is a great way to jump start your weight loss. You can't, however expect to lose any more if you go back to eating poorly. It really does work!

  • Looks like u did good but i feel like once you get off of usana reset you will somehow gain the weight back.

  • keep up the good work Melissa you can do it and with the chocolate shakes i like them but i found if you put too much water in them they wore'nt all that great so the lest water the better i would put the power in and then water up to the 400 mark on the bottle and if you put some frozen fruit i got a bag from Costco and put it in a blender and mix it all up talk with you later
