i want to measure my dog Peppie. How hard can that be?

I was trying to measure my 7 month old dog Peppie to see how tall she was now, so I could predict how tall she will be when she is fully grown. Peppie might have been weight or height conscious as she didn't want to stand still long enough for me to get an accurate reading of the tape measure! I finally got her measured and she is 51 cm at the shoulder. What height do you think she will grow to be when she is fully grown? She is an Australian cattle dog x Rottweiler. Her father was the Rotti and her mother was the cattle dog. Thanks.
