Guys, this is a hoax...Matt Moneymaker said this on twitter today: #BFRO Indeed, the Indiana Dunes footage was a hoax. No doubt about it. The guy wearing the costume actually watched us do the re-creation.

@IndianaDuneMan i believe your vid is real unlike everyone elsee out there it might not be bigfoot but it could be something i still believe bigfoot is out there just cause i havent seen one b4. u wouldnt put someone in a costume just for your amusement and to make your kids cry. i dont live to far from the morgan monroe state forest and help u find whatever this it

I have seen hoaxters playing hoaxes on bystanders not knowing what was going on. This could be the case.

If it is or isnt doesnt really matter. The video is too poor to conclude anything. Too bad really,..human nature is to run at first site of these animals ruining an excellent opprotunity for observation.

Well, I agree that the video leaves something to be desired. Be that as it may, the proof is in the pudding when you hear my 4 year old start to cry, which is the main reason we left the scene. My wife was driving and was also freaking out a bit, understandably. Like I said before, we're going to go out there again soon and look some more. In your experience, what should we be looking for?
