HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING . REST IN PEACE, WE LOVE YOU. JERSEY....

@rod1148 Malcolm X was also only 39 years old, and Medgar Evers was 37. :(

Very inspirational!! This is how we need to live ourlives

@HarrierCASII Do not listen to religious doctorine, but a collective morality. A humanistic base for which we can all survive, and flourish independently and collectively for the continuation of our species. Religion only seeks exsistence of self, it will make a "rule" only to condradict it if it means survival of itself.

President John Kennedy was 46 when he was killed. Robert was only 42. Martin Luther King Jr never saw 40. Something I think about now and then. What little I have accomplished in my 63 years.

Only RFK could have delivered a speech like this. The most remarkable I've ever heard. Even after over 40 years I still get a lump in my throat when I hear this or Kennedy's last word to his supporters after winning the California primary.

ABSOLUTE PROOF of conspiracy.
JFK had BROWN HAIR and WIDE EVEN-CUT SIDEBURNS his entire presidency. See JFKs hair ?v=xE0iPY7XGBo (his inauguration) and ?v=Mt1Dm0Od0lA (his death day-freeze film at 1:23).
*Then web page: because he looked like kennedy*
JD Tippit, the cop who looked like Kennedy, who was shot minutes later, was used to fit whatever shooting scenario desired. See Tippits BLACK hair, differently cut sideburns, and younger JFK face labeled 'JFK Autopsy'.
*Compare the sideburns*

Beautiful slide show! I've been thinking how it's really time to get rid of any attitudes of racial superiority, and see that we're all in this together. Then, we shall overcome. Thank you for posting this.

Hmm i wonder why that is posted twice. That wasn't supposed to happen, weird.

It its a terrible thing that he was killed and racism is terrible but you got the quote wrong. It's: "If you strike me down, i shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine". If your gonna quote a great movie like Star Wars you gotta do it right.
How dare you try to suggest that there is EVER a good reason to kill someone- ANYONE. Christ teaches us to love all humanity as our brothers and sisters and to cherish all life, from its natural beginning to its natural end.
That means we as Christians must oppose, not just abortion, but the death penalty, and also war. And we CERTAINLY cannot condone the killing of men whose only crime was that they dared to try and change the world for the better.
