I just finished watching this movie, & I cried like a baby, how could the nazi's be so cruel, I know this account was fiction, but pretty much the same things happened in real life, but in many cases much worse than this movie depicts. the suffering of the people at the camps, jews, gypsies, political prisoners and many others, was something many of us can't fathom. WHY is there such hate and evil?

how can humans do this to other humans with no remorse?

it is something I will never understand!

An even greater Jewish holocaust happened in the Ukraine in 1932-1933. 10 million were literally starved to death. Why don't they make movies about that?

i have read the book i cried like a baby the book in my opinion is better but there both good if it wasn't for that stupid guard she would have live screw him and the nazi hitler was a phycopath the jews where never the problem but he was.

Remember it wasn't one man, It was hundreds of thousands of people turning on their neighbors. We don't like to think about that, but he was just the head of something much bigger much more frightening.
