Okay, so keeping weight off is hard. Since last time, I did balloon back up to about 210 again...stressful summer. BUT since Feb 1st 2011 to present (03/28/2011)I went back down to 171 lbs. So, 39 lbs gone. And I started lifting at home using dumbells in the past 2 1/2 weeks. This video is AFTER I did my regular workout using 20 lb dumbells. Traditional Crunch, Flutter kicks, Saxon Side bends, 2 point bridge (2x 45 sec) , Superman (2x 45 sec), 1 minute jump rope, Squat, pushups, Bend over row, Military press, Upright row, Triceps kickback, Wall Squat (45 sec 2x), Bicept curls, Leg curls, Traveling Lunge, Swiss ball press, Wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, forearm twists. All 15 reps, 30 sec rest between exercises, 1 minute rest after the cycle done Whole thing done 4 times. So at 70 lbs (I know it's not perfect because I only had 30 lbs of regular weights and a 10 lb bar, 2-10 lb ankle weights and 2-5 lb wrist weights..so i was making due.) i think i can be proud of myself. It totals 70 lbs and i only weight 171 lbs, so about 40.8% of my weight.
If i can do it, YOU can do it!
I saw your doing Saxon bends. I just made up a video showing the Saxon bar that I made. It's really good for training. You can make one out of wood if you dont have access to the parts

Great job!, I know the difficulties of maintaing keeping ourselves fit while devoting the bulk of our lives to raising children and supporting our families. I have gone through your same experiences of weight loss and have found kettlebells to be an exceptional tool for total body fitness. Pavel Tsatsouline and Steve Maxwell are two individuals who offer valuable information on maintaining a fit, healthy body. I enjoyed your videos on Asatru. Thanks for offering your knowledge. Keeping the weight off is indeed hard but doable if one has the will. :)
For medical reasons I haven't been able to work out at all this year, but by not eating quite as unhealthy as I used to I've still been able to loose 25 lbs. since new years eve. Goes nicely with the 25 lbs. I worked off with what little excercise I got before yule last year. This puts me at 220 lbs. so I've still got a bit to go. Hopefully I can get back to doing some actual workouts soon.
