In "Odyssey of the Spheres" balls meander through colorful, whimsical mechanisms such as swinging pendulums, a fast loop-de-loop and a seemingly impossible bounce-and-catch. At the same time, the balls strike chimes, jump down wood-block stairs, and trip hammers that hit xylophone bars. The mesmerizing array guarantees a smile. The sculpture is 3 feet high by 5 feet wide by 10 inches deep. It can be mounted on a wall or on a pedestal and the motor plugs into a standard 110-volt outlet. "Odyssey of the Spheres" is an edition limited to 100 pieces and there are about 15 pieces left. Each sculpture is numbered, signed and dated by the artist.
