Target has NEVER managed anything like this correctly. It's always the same scammers and greedsters allowed to clean off the racks and shelves in one swoop and resell on eBay. The Missoni debacle and the website redesign fail really turned me off to Target. I rarely shop there anymore. Seriously, Target, if someone shows up at the register with an entire rack of clothing, all sizes and styles, perhaps a manager should start asking some questions. Target is just as bad as the resellers.
