Members of the incestuous, legal industry cartel, State of Michigan, Oakland County Circuit Court: Honorable Martha Anderson a.k.a. Honorable Martha Damiani Anderson and Attorney Paul Nicoletti who clerked at the Oakland County Court for Honorable Hilda Gage who recently "retired" from the Court of Appeals.

The Michigan Personal Protection Order statutes require 2 non-consecutive events of stalking, or threats in order to obtain Personal Protection Orders.

Judge Anderson granted multiple ex parte Personal Protection Orders to Petitioner Paul Nicoletti, based on perjury, in order to keep his scammed clients apart without any stalking or threats.

Judge Anderson ruled that Mr. Nicoletti's scammed clients could not attend church together, even without the presence of Attorney Nicoletti because "I (Judge Anderson) signed the Order." Judge Anderson Ordered Client A to jail twice for a total of 9 days because she violated the PPO by accompanying Client B to court as a witness. Client A was told if she dropped the Malpractice Suit in Judge Rae Lee Chabot's court against Mr. Nicoletti, she would be out of jail the same day. Then the malpractice suit against Mr. Nicoletti was dismissed while Judge Chabot was on vacation.

Notice the dates on these PPO Petitions where Judge Anderson Denies PPO's then extends a previous PPO after it had expired, all without any threats or stalking of Attorney Nicoletti.

Marie was jailed for accompanying Karen to Judge McDonald's court where he and Nicoletti apparently took bribes.

The underlying story is that Hon. Martha DAMIANI Anderson is not a happy camper because the attorney Paul Nicoletti filed a perjured Personal Protection Petition against his female former client. The Judge Denied it, but did NOT address the obvious perjury and the fact that this same attorney also obtained Personal Protection Order against another female client involving the same culprit, Viviano, in both female’s cases, whom they discovered Nicoletti was also representing as Pio Masonry .

Judge Martha Anderson is a wonderful judge but we all have our breaking points when it comes to CRAZY litigants. The video speaks for itself and demonstrates that Karen Stephens "SisterMaryLitigation" needs a reality check. Very hateful and spiteful, maybe it would be in the best interest of the general public if she was removed from the bench and only allowed to work as a lawyer in the future. It seems to me as if she thinks she is above the law with respect to this person before her court. Don;t don't alot of law but seems as if due process for equal rights before the court were not given by this judge.
