I have this.........almost exactly the same. I have this sound with longer wavelength with the Samsung F3 1TB hard drive. Might settle down over time or one of the hardware utility programs might help.

Sounds like mine, but the oscillation is much longer -- 30-40 secs per cycle. Also, it's hard to tell on yours, but mine sounds like a fluorescent light hum.
