wow...this one sounds really nice!!.......is the brand that good ?......i am seriously considering buying one........ and i cant believe you can still play like that after soo many years of not playing...if that is the case i think sitar is really ment for you brother..... send us more vids after u start practising again....God's Protection and best wishes!

Did you learn from Sri Patric Marks in Chicago many years ago? I think you might be the guy that replied to me on a sitar forum about Patric and our lessons from him. Sorry if I'm wrong, I just noticed this because this is an exact jhalla part he taught me early in my lessons with him! Let me know, that would blow my mind. I actually just put up a couple of videos myself.
There are now 3 videos of Patric up here! Thank goodness, very good to watch.

Yes, I am the one. I was Patric's first student when he came to Chicago from India back in 1973. Haven't really played it since around 1975. Just posted this because a friend of mine in another state didn't know what a sitar was and wanted to hear it. I tried to PM you on the sitar forum a couple times, don't think they went through, if they did, sorry to bomb bard you. I am hoping you will see this and write to me.
