Continuing from the first video, the Coalition to Stop MPS Takeover spoke with their elected representatives on December 16, 2009, and were surprised to find a paid lobbying group, Educational Reform Now Advocacy (a front group created by the Wisconsin chapter of Democrats for Education Reform) with new signs and a presence outside of the chambers of the Assembly where the special session was taking up a bill. This video documents that one paid staffer seems to have organized this event and the Governor seems to have invited this group to impress upon the legislators that their is grass roots support for the Mayoral Takeover. . .only this was not a grass roots group, and Democrats for Education Reform come from Denver, Colorado, not Milwaukee, Wisconsin. But it seems that they are about to set up shop in Wisconsin to try to push through the national agenda of the Democrats. . .Mayoral Takeover, appointment by the Mayor, not the School Board, of the City Superintendent, and tying teacher pay to standardized tests. See for yourself. . .
