  • @Kobzar3374 Sorry, but the 32nd notes in this piece are not meant to be heard as individual notes, more like a trill in the background or a continual texture throughout the providing harmony to the main theme. In this performance, it sounds lethargic rather than maestoso--"majestic"--as Rach intended in his triumphant finale to his Moments. I give her credit for her efforts, as I can attest from personal experience that it is extremely difficult piece to play.

  • It is a fine performance this performance is an approach that deliberately finishes knitting the sound, has the composition power very much, and with tasting of listening.

  • your playing is better than me.of course. im struggling to playing this piece but you sound you are the same haha...lets keep it up till we can do this perfectly ! :P

  • very good!

    i like this,

  • @claudemanfre Have to agree. Even for an exercise it was bad, quite a lot of mistakes and played too slowly. For some of the passages to connect properly you cant have a 10 second delay between a cadence or it just wont work.

It is a very hard piece so I cant blame her but it was a bad performance of it. Needs a lot more practice.

  • I personally think that this is a wonderful piece and that she plays it very well. This sounds like a hard piece and she must have practiced this piece for a very long time. ;) I have heard a few wrong note here and there but overall, beautiful job. i give this peice a four and a half star rating.

  • She is interesting isn't she! Courageous woman. Nicely done. Hope you post more. Three stars.

  • I think I should correct myself, because I have noticed some bad notes in some places, but well, everything can be improved. May be not a five stars, but a four stars rating.

  • Sorry if I don't agree with most of the comments posted so far about this performance. I am not a specialist, but I think that one of the best features of this version is the tempo choice. By choosing a slower tempo than most pianists, this lady achieves a higher degree of clarity, so I can hear not only the melody, but everything, all those sumptuous harmonies that in other versions get blurred and lost into a dull mess. I find this more powerful, convincing, passionate. Bravo!

  • Very hard piece, the only problem is the tempo. All the rest is good, thanks.
