"Perú: passion for Food" on Cuarto Poder TV Report

The TV program "Cuarto Poder" broadcasted on Sunday July 3rd, an interesting report showcasing the food offer "Perú: Passion for food", developed by Sodexo Peru, and presented at Sodexo's International Seminar in the United States in late June.

This Global Offer Seminar, allowed the Offer Development Managers from the 80 countries where Sodexo operates, to know the project, which was the result of an agreement with the Peruvian Gastronomy Association, developing 23 recipes for Peruvian dishes, with the goal of the internationalization of the Peruvian cuisine around the world, through the dining services areas were Sodexo serves daily to more than 50 million people.

As a result of this seminar, many countries showed their interest to include our Peruvian offer in their own kitchens, something to be very proud of!

We would like to share with you the highlights of this event and the TV Report video, where Sodexo's executives from around the world had the chance to try some of the most delicious Peruvian dishes, guided by our Executive Chef Juan Carlos Barzola and the winner of Young Talent Contest at Mistura 2010, Carlos Delgado.
