I captured this on my DVR during Regis and Kelly. It was the "statewide required monthly test of the emergency alert system". I know this one is initiated from the cable company because it interrupted every channel. These things are very stark, especially at 3 in the morning when they wake you up, you're half-asleep and you think "Crap! We're all gonna die!"
