It's never to late to learn to jump rope, If I can do it, then U got a shot too.

LifeRcise includes many health and fitness elements. Jumping rope is one of the most flexible and beneficial, you can do it anywhere with minimum equipment.

Oddly enough I never jumped rope as a kid. The first time I tried to jump I was past 60, here is the result. Let me know what you think? Do you jump rope or plan to jump rope?

If you respond to my questions or are asking advise pls hint at your age, it is one thing to learn to jump at 23 and a whole different ball game at 63.

One of the most important aspects of LifeRcise is the importance of sleep.
Right after the title you will see a still of my Iphone Sleep Cycle log. Be sure you get 8 hrs sleep your body needs it to repair. Sleep is the foundation for fitness. Yes, your knees will hurt at first, but sleep repairs them along with the right supplementals.

Karon and Keith personal trainers at my local YMCA told me, If I jumped everyday for 6 to 8 weeks, I would be able to jump rope. This is the result after 10 weeks.

LifeRcise: includes nutrition, supplements, bio-energetics, spiritual development work, fitness and sports. you need the first four elements to maximize the last two. Jumping rope has made a remarkable difference in my swimming, tennis jogging and running.

I talk with many people in connection with my LifeRcise project and it always amazes me the number of people who use to jump rope (and get all the benefits) but now think they are to old to jump. Pick that rope up again and give it a shot, you may surprise yourself.

We are never to old to use new technology (Iphone sleep cycle tool) and old technology (rope) to achieve our lifeRcise goals.

Jumping, like hitting a punching bag, swimming or tennis is all about rhythm. The hart is the master clock (rhythm organ) of the body. With help from a little music I give mine a tune uP every time I jump.

The Music Hay Hay, that I got from the Ipod section of my Iphone, did it for me. I use H20 water proof in ear head phones, if you don't sweet your not jumping right. I use jumping as my warm up for morning crunches or any time I need to pop the clutch on my hart rate and burn some fat.
