They only cut water bfore a show for the exact reason to look more 'cut'

Why do u lot cut water, when muscles are over 70% water? It makes ur muscles appear flatter. Arnie discovered this and it's in his book from the 70's!!! U might appear more cut but also ur muscles loose shape and size not to mention - it's dangerous!
