@lutherford Drink gallons of water and keep pissing to get yourself flushed. It sucks but it works. About 4 gallons and coffee helps you to piss with it. Drink a bottle of vinegar too.

hey i need to know asap...i smoked a blunt with my sis 4 days ago and been drinkn a jug of water a day since...i take my piss test at a lab on feb 1st...really nervous abt failing and i wanna pass cause i need this job...i work out 30 min a day but starting tomorw itll be an hr a day...any advise on if ill pass or if anybody else has similar stories let me know asap, oh n im 220lbs 6"2"....asap!!!

@Ghostkilla360sf4 yeah im getting tested in 2 days and i smoked a gram 2 weeks ago but ill be clean. exercise a lot and drink a lot of fluids to make you piss a lot especially water cranberry juice and alcohol. run a lot to sweat a lot ive been runnin 2 to 3 miles every other day
