Cele Castilo, is Mexican-American. A vietnam war veteran & Ex-DEA special agent. he is an american hero! Most people know CIA is behind global narcotraffic & violence in Mexico. He tells the truth and he has the courage to do it!
Other guy who told the truth about CIA involvement, in corruption and narcotraffic was journalist Gary Webb, but he was murdered by CIA. Terrorism and femicides in Ciudad Juarez or other Mexican cities need to stop! CIA must stop terrorizing Mexico!!!
